Common Return Questions
Need to Return a Product?
For consumer safety, we do not offer returns on Protein & Supplements, unless the product is faulty or you have received the wrong order.
All approved Returns will be swapped for Store Credit of equivalent value. PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING US YOUR GOODS.
For all other products, you are able to return within 45 days of receipt of your shipment for any of the following reasons:
- faulty products with photo of issue
- incorrect order
- doesn't fit (wrong size)
Standard Return Conditions
All returns must be:
- in original condition
- unwashed and unworn
- in the original packaging with tags attached
- all seals must be intact and product unopened
If the product is not in it's original condition then you will be charged a $15 cleaning fee, this will be taken out of your store credit.
Are there any charges for Returns?
- the original shipping cost is non-refundable
- change of mind and wrong size - you are responsible for the return shipping charges
- faulty product or incorrect item - we will re-imburse your return shipping costs
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once we have approved your request you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- PLEASE NOTE: Waist Trainer is not liable for the loss of items being returned and strongly recommends using a traceable delivery method.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then a store credit will be applied within 10 business days.
